Booking amendment Fee

Cancellation of Dives (Excluding Supplements)
In general: Refunds are made on the expiration date (end of validity date) of the Pass. Booking option ans 1-year extension are non-refundable. Cancellation fees apply whether the dive is already booked by you or through the eDivingPass booking option.
No credit or refund for cancelled dives is issued without approval from the booked dive centers.
Whether dives are booked directly by the client at dive centers with a Diving Pass purchased directly, or booked via a Diving Pass with reservations made and confirmed by eDivingPass, cancellation fees apply.
The actual refund amount per dive for already confirmed bookings, depending on the date of modification before the dive:

- No special compensation can be charged or claimed by customers in addition to the credit or refund
SPECIAL CASE : Cancellation of supplements
Supplements are refunded according to the same calculation/penalty rules as those for a Pass dive, i.e. according to the time before the booked dive.
REFUND METHOD
Refunds are made to the credit card used for the purchase, provided that it is still valid at the time of the refund.
If the card has expired, the customer must provide a bank account number to be refunded by bank transfer.
Transfer fees are the responsibility of the reseller. Refunds by transfer are charged at 6% of the total amount.
