FAQ - Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need a Pass to make a booking? or a booking to buy a Pass?
No to both. The Diving Pass and online booking requests are fully independent on eDivingPass. You can buy a Pass at any time and use it later with your chosen partner centres — no booking required. You can also send a booking request to any partner centre without owning a Pass yet, useful to confirm availability before purchasing.
Can I add dives to a Pass?
Yes, once you own a Pass you can add dives on it.
Who can dive with a Diving Pass?
Anyone with a diving certification can dive with a Diving Pass. You cannot do a first (introductory) dive with a Diving Pass. And if you have not dived for more than 1 year then you must do a refresh dive as the first dive of your Pass.
Is a refresh dive mandatory?
The Diving Pass is reserved for divers who have been diving for less than 1 year (and some clubs less than 6 months). If you haven't dived for 1 year (at your arrival at the center) then yes the refresh dive is mandatory. You will be able to use the first dive of your Pass but with a supplement.
How many people & dives?
Passes are shareable between multiple people. There is no time slot or date for purchase. So you can buy a Pass with as many people and dives you want.
Is the diving equipment included?
Yes all diving equipment is included, except in some diving centers the diving computer might be for rent, and the lamp for night dives might also be for rent.

Can Travel Agencies buy a Pass for their customers?
Yes, travel agencies can buy multi-islands diving pass for their customers but they require a PRO access first.
